Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1/2 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- 2 sticks butter - 1 c
- beef chuck, cubed
- lamb kidneys, sliced - 8 oz
How to make steak and kidney pie:
Put beef, kidneys, mushrooms, onion, parsley, bay leaf and salt in 4-quart casserole. Add 2 cups water. Cut butter into flour until it resembles coarse meal.
