Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- + 1 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- finely chopped yellow squash - 2 c
- Hot oil - 1 item
How to make squash patties:
Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well. Stir in flour, drop by tablespoonfuls into 1/2 inch hot oil. Cook until browned, turning once. Drain. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, North american.
