Spoon fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa
- cream - 1/2 c
- peanut butter
How to make spoon fudge:
Cook in heavy pan (iron skillet) sugar and cocoa (mix together). Pour in cream. Bring to boil; stir constantly until you can pick up formed ball of chocolate in water. Take pan off stove; place pan in tap water to cool. Add peanut butter and vanilla, stir until starts to thicken. Pour onto greased platter. Get your spoon and eat.
