Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Miracle Whip - 1 c
- to 4 green onions, chopped - 2 item
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces - 1 item
- small can green peas - 1 item
- raw spinach, torn into bite size pieces - 1 pkg
How to make spinach salad:
Combine first 5 ingredients and bacon. Mix together Miracle Whip, sour cream and lemon juice. Pour over salad and toss well to coat.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
