Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- thinly sliced celery - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- cubed, cooked chicken - 2 c
- Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1/4 c
- sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 can
How to make baked chicken salad:
In large skillet melt oleo over medium heat. Add celery and onion, cook about 4 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in next 5 ingredients until well blended. Add chicken, almonds and mushrooms, toss to coat well. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart cRecipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
