Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- frozen spinach, drained - 1 pkg
- can watercress, chopped - 1 item
- Knorr green peas mix or pkg - 1 pkg
How to make spinach salad:
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, watercress and peas or vegetable mix. Place spinach on top of all the other mixture. Let it stand overnight. Stir all ingredients together and serve.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
