  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • green onions - 6 item
  • white vinegar - 1/2 c
  • small can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • spinach - 1 pkg
  • bacon fat - 1/2 tsp
  • Dressing:1 egg
  • slices bacon, crisp - 6 item

How to make spinach salad:

Mix salad ingredients.Dressing:1 egg1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. white vinegar3/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. bacon fat Cook all ingredients over low heat. Stir until boiling. Cool and chill until ready to toss salad. Serve warm over salad.
