Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 8 item
- boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
- slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 8 item
- can sliced, drained water chestnuts - 1 item
- spinach, torn bite size
- can bean spouts, drained and washed in cold water - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. salad oil3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 tsp. salt1 medium onion, diced Mix first 6 ingredients and refrigerate.Dressing: Make dressing up to one hour ahead of time. Toss with spinach mixture when ready to serve.
