How to make el dorado:
Brown ground beef, onion and salt in a skillet. Add the tomato sauce and black olives. Remove from heat. In separate bowl, mix the sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch casserole in the following order: 1/2 chips, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese/sour cream mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers.
