Broccoli salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 2 c
- water chestnuts, sliced - 1 c
- bunches broccoli tops only, broken in small pieces - 2 item
How to make broccoli salad:
Mix sauce and pour over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving (preferably overnight). I store in Ziploc bag and turn often. Keeps 1 week.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
