Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• oil
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
• catsup - 1/3 c
• can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
• hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
• can bean sprouts - 1 item
• fresh spinach - 1 lb
• to 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 6 item
• small onion grated - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil3/4 c. sugar1/3 c. catsup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 small onion grated Mix spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs and bacon. Toss dressing into spinach mixture.
