Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar
- olive oil - 2 tsp
- Dijon-style mustard - 1 tsp
- each: salt and pepper - 1/8 tsp
- spinach leaves, washed well - 4 c
- each: red wine vinegar and water - 2 Tbsp
- each: quartered mushrooms and julienne-cut red bell peppers thin strips - 1 c
How to make spinach-mushroom salad:
In medium salad bowl, combine spinach with mushrooms and red pepper strips. In small bowl, combine vinegar with water, sugar and mustard. Add oil, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.Recipe categories: Salads, Salad dressings, Spinach.
