Spinach lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- Ricotta - 3 lb
- onion - 1 item
- your favorite tomato sauce - 1 item
- boxes frozen spinach - 2 item
- curly lasagne - 1 lb
How to make spinach lasagna:
Cook pasta al dente. Lay lasagna out flat. Cook spinach as directed on box; drain well. Mix spinach with Ricotta. Spoon on strips of lasagna. Roll like strudel. Stand upright in casserole dish so you can see curls and filling. Repeat until dish is filled. Cover with tomato sauce and chopped onion.
