Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small sour cream - 1 item
- nutmeg to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley to taste - 1 item
- frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed - 2 pkg
- cans potato soup, undiluted - 2 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for top. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes or so.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
