  • Parmesan cheese - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small sour cream - 1 item
  • nutmeg to taste - 1 item
  • chopped parsley to taste - 1 item
  • frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed - 2 pkg
  • cans potato soup, undiluted - 2 item

How to make spinach casserole:

Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for top. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes or so.
