Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- ground pork - 1/4 lb
- hamburg - 3/4 lb
How to make italian meatballs:
Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Fry in oil until brown. Put meatballs in sauce and cook for 2 hours on low.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
