Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1 item
  • ground pork - 1/4 lb
  • hamburg - 3/4 lb

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Fry in oil until brown. Put meatballs in sauce and cook for 2 hours on low.
