Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 4 pkg
- to 8 bacon strips, crisply fried and crumbled - 6 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Mix together and put in a 9 x 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle top with 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese and grated 1/2 pound Jack cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
