Broccoli and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 20 oz
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- can Durkee dried onions - 1 item
- raw Minute rice - 1 c
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Put broccoli in bowl. Pour rice over broccoli. Melt remaining ingredients, except the dried onions, in a medium saucepan. Stir in 3/4 cup dried onions and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Put remaining onions on top for 10 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
