Spinach artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- white pepper - 1 tsp
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 10 oz
- boxes frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted and drained - 2 item
- bunch thinly sliced scallions - 1 item
How to make spinach artichoke dip:
Coarsely chop artichoke hearts and place in a medium ovenproof serving dish. Add the mayonnaise, scallions, spinach, grated cheese and spices. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and serve with sturdy crackers or bread rounds. Tortilla chips also go great with this dish.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
