Ingredients/Components
- egg white - 1 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 1 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
How to make spiced pecans:
Beat the egg white and water; add spices and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add pecan halves and mix gently until all are coated. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
