  • egg white - 1 item
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • pecan halves - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 c

How to make spiced pecans:

Beat the egg white and water; add spices and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add pecan halves and mix gently until all are coated. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
