Ingredients/Components

  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 item
  • slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
  • white wine - 1/4 c
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1 c
  • skinless/boneless chicken breasts - 2 item

How to make special chicken:

Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Put 2 slices of Swiss cheese over each breast. Stir together the soup and the wine, and pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top of the chicken. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of everything and bake, uncovered, at 350° for an hour.
