Creamy baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 6 item
- white wine - 1/4 c
- whole chicken breasts, halved and skin removed - 2 item
- seasoned stuffing mix, crushed - 2 c
How to make creamy baked chicken:
Arrange meaty side of chicken up in casserole. Place cheese on top of chicken. Combine soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Makes 4 servings. I have used 3 whole chicken breasts in recipe and it will serve 6.
