Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 item
- 7 oz - 6 lb
- country style ribs - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce* - 15 Tbsp
- to 6 medium onions - 5 item
- red wine vinegar* - 15 Tbsp
- brown sugar heaping* - 15 Tbsp
How to make spareribs:
*For small portions use 2 tablespoons for every 8 ounces of tomato sauce.Sprinkle garlic powder on both sides of ribs. Cook in broiler or on the grill until crispy brown. In a large saucepan add tomato sauce, onions, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Put on medium to high heat until it starts to bubble, then on low and cover. Add ribs when done; cover and stir occasionally for 3 to 4 hours. The longer they cook the more tender they will be.
