Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- slices bacon - 6 item
- American cheese, sliced - 1/4 c
- instant dry rice - 1 c
How to make spanish rice:
Cook bacon; drain and crumble. Cook onion and pepper in a bit of bacon grease. Combine all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
