  • olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
  • envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion or mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make onion roasted potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Toss until coated. Empty into shallow baking dish. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serves 8.
