Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- peppermint extract - 1/4 tsp
- cut-up assorted fresh fruit - 8 c
How to make minted fruit salad:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except fruit. Place fruit in large shallow dish, pour mixture over fruit. Cover. Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Salads.
