  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • orange juice - 1/3 c
  • peppermint extract - 1/4 tsp
  • cut-up assorted fresh fruit - 8 c

How to make minted fruit salad:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except fruit. Place fruit in large shallow dish, pour mixture over fruit. Cover. Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
