Spaghetti pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- spaghetti - 6 oz
- sliced Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
- Italian sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make spaghetti pie:
Saute onion in butter. Mix cooked spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pat into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Combine onion and sour cream; spoon over spaghetti. Combine meat, tomato paste and water. Pour over cream/onion mix. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
