Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • spaghetti - 6 oz
  • sliced Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
  • Italian sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb

How to make spaghetti pie:

Saute onion in butter. Mix cooked spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pat into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Combine onion and sour cream; spoon over spaghetti. Combine meat, tomato paste and water. Pour over cream/onion mix. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
