- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
- 4 oz - 1 c
- whole kernel corn - 1/2 c
- ground beef extra lean - 1 lb
- bag Success rice - 1 item
How to make southwestern rice:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Brown beef and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and cheese. Remove from heat. Add cooked rice. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
