  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lime juice - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1/3 c
  • tequila - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped fresh cilantro - 2 Tbsp
  • jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped - 1 item

How to make southwestern marinade:

Combine all ingredients. Pour over peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp of soft-shell crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Or brush on shrimp or soft-shell crab while grilling.
