  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item

How to make meat marinade:

Mix together in small bowl. Before barbecuing, marinate meat for two hours or more or overnight, turning often to distribute marinade.
