Southwest corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- c cream - 1/4-1 item
- Tbs butter - 1 item
- 10-oz cans Green Giant Niblets corn do not drain - 2 item
- Tbs chopped green chile to taste - 2 item
- dashes chipotle seasoning opt - 2 item
- shredded cheddar cheese opt - 1 item
How to make southwest corn casserole:
Puree one can of corn in blender. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally (15-20 minutes on low).Serve or transfer to a baking dish once thickened and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 325-350 until cheese melts and bubbles around the edges.
