Parmesan rice
Ingredients/Components
- c parmesan cheese - 1/4-1 item
- c minute rice uncooked - 2 item
- Tbs margarine - 2 item
- onion, chopped opt - 1 sm
How to make parmesan rice:
Saut?© onions in butter. Add rice and continue to saut?© until rice is slightly golden. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand 5 minutes (moisture should be absorbed). Stir in parmesan cheese.You may substitute 2 c water with 2 tsp Wyler's chicken bouillon in place of Swanson's chicken broth.
