South of the border dip
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- large onion - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
How to make south of the border dip:
Brown hamburger meat, large onion and bell pepper; cook until tender. Drain. Add 1 can Ro-Tel, 1 can tomato soup, 1 package taco seasoning and 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces); blend well. Add Velveeta cheese and blend until completely melted. Stir in 2 cups cooked rice. Simmer.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Weeknight.
