Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• milk
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• cornstarch - 1/4 c
• cold water - 2 Tbsp
• margarine - 3/4 c
• lemon juice - 1/3 c
• grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
• egg yolks, slightly beaten - 3 item
• whipped cream optional - 1 item
• sifted four

How to make sour cream-lemon pie:

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut in 1/2 cup margarine with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is consistency of fine crumbs. Sprinkle water over flour mixture and blend well. Press into firm ball. Flatten slightly and roll out to 12-inch circle o
