- sugar - 1 c
- milk
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
- egg yolks, slightly beaten - 3 item
- whipped cream optional - 1 item
- sifted four
How to make sour cream-lemon pie:
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut in 1/2 cup margarine with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is consistency of fine crumbs. Sprinkle water over flour mixture and blend well.
