  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine, softened - 1/2 c
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • chopped nut meats - 1/2 c

How to make sour cream drop cookies:

Cream margarine and sugar; add egg and beat well. Combine flour with nutmeg, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Add nuts and mix well. Drop with teaspoon onto well-greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
