- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 1/2
- self-rising cornmeal - 1 c
How to make sour cream cornbread:
Heat oven to 400°. Combine corn, sour cream, eggs and salad oil. Beat well. Combine cornmeal and baking powder in a separate bowl. Stir into corn mixture. Pour into a 10-inch skillet and bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
