Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- crushed pecans - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix not the one with pudding - 1 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping Mix:1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. crushed pecans Mix topping together; hold aside 1/4 cup of this mixture to sprinkle on batter before baking.Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Add topping mix to this batter and stir. Pour into greased pan. Add 1/4 cup crushed pecans (or chopped) to remaining topping. Mix and sprinkle on batter. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
