  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • finely chopped nuts
  • , sour cream - 1/2 pt

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:1 c. finely chopped nuts3 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all ingredients and spoon 1/2 into 2 layer pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or bake in tube pan at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle on topping.
