  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • nuts optional

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Mixture:1/2 c. nuts (optional)2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. brown sugar Place 1/2 of batter in greased pan and spread 1/2 of mixture next, then use remaining batter for next layer. Finish by using the mixture on top. Bake no longer than 55 minutes. Preheat oven at 350°. Bake at 300°.
