Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients, separately. Add dry mixture to wet. Mix nuts, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon together. In ungreased tube pan, place 1/2 of dough mixture, sprinkle nut mixture and then rest of dough. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
