- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts
How to make cinnamon swirl coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped walnuts1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. sugar Cream together oleo, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to cream mixture. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan (10-inch tube pan), then pour 1/2 topping in now. Next add rest of batter. Sprinkle remaining topping.
