Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 16 oz
- chopped nuts - 1/4 1/2
- flour - 3 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1 c. sugar4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. raisins1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream margarine and sugar, adding eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add flour (1 cup at a time) and baking soda; beat until smooth.Topping: Mix in separate bowl the ingredients; fold into batter. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Delicious with chocolate chips or blueberries.
