Sour cream chocolate chip cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• chopped nuts - 1 item
• flour
• baking powder
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• margarine, softened - 6 Tbsp
• plus 1 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make sour cream chocolate chip cake:

Mix margarine with 1 cup sugar until blended. Then beat eggs in, one at a time. Stir flour with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Blend with creamed mixture. Mix in sour cream. Pour batter in greased and flour-dusted 9 x 13-inch pan. Scatter chocolate chips and nuts over batter and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Do not refrigerate.
