- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- flour
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine, softened - 6 Tbsp
- plus 1 Tbsp - 1 c
How to make sour cream chocolate chip cake:
Mix margarine with 1 cup sugar until blended. Then beat eggs in, one at a time. Stir flour with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Blend with creamed mixture. Mix in sour cream. Pour batter in greased and flour-dusted 9 x 13-inch pan. Scatter chocolate chips and nuts over batter and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
