  • stick butter - 1/4 item
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • small onion - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
  • small container sour cream - 1 item
  • small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • split chicken breasts - 2 item
  • butter or oil to saute - 1 item
  • to 8 soft corn tortillas - 6 item
  • picante sauce or tomatillo sauce - 1 item

How to make sour cream chicken enchiladas:

Saute chicken breasts in butter or oil until done. Remove meat from bones, chop and set aside. Chop together the cheese and onion in a food processor and mix with the chicken. Fry the corn tortillas until soft and pliable. Stuff tortillas with chicken
