Ingredients/Components

- stick butter - 1/4 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
- small container sour cream - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- split chicken breasts - 2 item
- butter or oil to saute - 1 item
- to 8 soft corn tortillas - 6 item
- picante sauce or tomatillo sauce - 1 item
How to make sour cream chicken enchiladas:
