Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- large tart apples - 5 item
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make sour cream apple pie:
Peel and quarter apples. Arrange in overlapping rows in pie shell Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Add 1/4 cup butter; mix with a fork until it becomes crumbly.
