Sour cream apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 1/3 c
• butter - 1/4 c
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• large tart apples - 5 item
• 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make sour cream apple pie:

Peel and quarter apples. Arrange in overlapping rows in pie shell Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Add 1/4 cup butter; mix with a fork until it becomes crumbly. Spoon over apples. Spread sour cream over top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
