- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour, divided - 6 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- peeled, chopped cooking apples - 3 c
How to make sour cream apple pie:
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add sour cream. Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well. Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar and remaining flour. Sprinkle oRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
