Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • cold water - 4 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • unflavored gelatin - 2 pkg
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • frozen coconut - 1 c
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • Dream Whip, whipped - 3 pkg

How to make snowball cake:

Mix together boiling water, gelatin, cold water and sugar. Mix pineapple, coconut, nuts, vanilla and lemon juice. Whip 3 packages of Dream Whip. Take large angel food cake, pull apart in chunks. Place in large tube cake pan and pour the other ingredients over cake (except Dream Whip). Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Just before serving, ice cake with Dream Whip.
