Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla extract
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- white corn syrup - 3/4 c
How to make snow peak frosting:
Heat syrup to boiling point. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add salt. Slowly pour corn syrup over beaten egg whites, continuing to beat until mixture is fluffy and hangs in peaks from beater. Fold in vanilla.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
