- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
- whipped cream or ice cream - 1 item
How to make crustless brownie pie:
Combine first 7 ingredients; beat 4 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer. Stir in pecans. Spread batter evenly in a buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (pie will puff, then fall slightly).
