Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light corn syrup
How to make snow peak frosting:
Bring corn syrup to a boil. Combine egg whites and salt in a large bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; continue to beat. Slowly add hot syrup; add vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
