  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • sugar or 3/4 c - 1 c
  • flavoring to taste - 1 item
  • bucket of fresh clean snow - 1 item

How to make snow ice cream:

In a 2-quart bowl mix beaten eggs and milk. Blend in sugar; mixing well. Add vanilla, salt and flavoring if desired. Put into a gallon container and gradually add snow; mixing well until of desired consistency. Serve immediately or freeze.
