Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- sugar or 3/4 c - 1 c
- flavoring to taste - 1 item
- bucket of fresh clean snow - 1 item
How to make snow ice cream:
In a 2-quart bowl mix beaten eggs and milk. Blend in sugar; mixing well. Add vanilla, salt and flavoring if desired. Put into a gallon container and gradually add snow; mixing well until of desired consistency. Serve immediately or freeze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Frozen desserts.
